The Centro Cultural de España Juan de Salazar (CCEJS) is an institution under the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) and the Embassy of Spain in Paraguay. Founded on April 19, 1976, it functions as a space for encounter, debate, creation, and freedom, forming part of Spain's network of Cultural Centers.
The center houses a library (Las Sinsombrero), a museum with the Julián de la Herrería collection, a crafts space, and the Jopara cultural café, in addition to a rotating program of visual arts, theater, music, film, and educational and community activities.
