Sudameris Bank

Sudameris S.A.E.C.A. is a multiple-service bank headquartered in Asunción. According to its own institutional page, the group's origins date back to 1910, when the French bank Paribas and the Italian Banca Commerciale Italiana created the Banco Francés e Italiano para América del Sur in Paris, which became Banque Sudameris in 1978. In July 2004, Abbeyfield Group acquired 78% of Banco Sudameris de Paraguay S.A.E.C.A. and renamed it Sudameris S.A.E.C.A., its current majority shareholder.

The bank offers accounts, cards, personal and commercial loans, structured savings, investments and foreign exchange, insurance, leasing and foreign trade services, for both individuals and businesses. Its digital channels include e-Bank, the SUDAMERIS 360 platform and the SUDAMERIS GO app. It also offers bill payment, a collections network and receivables collection for businesses, among other additional services for its customers.
