About Bar San Miguel
Bar San Miguel opened in 1886 on Av. España, in Asunción's Las Mercedes neighborhood, and is one of the country's longest-running restaurants. It now also has a branch in Ciudad del Este, but keeps the same gathering-place spirit it had from the start.
The menu mixes Paraguayan and international cooking: grilled and casserole-style meats, fish like surubí, homemade Italian-style pasta and milanesas, plus a café service for anyone just after coffee and something sweet.
