About Kaffe'i Coffee Roasters
Kaffe'i Coffee Roasters is Paraguay's most acclaimed café and the only one in the country selected among South America's Top 100 Coffee Shops (ranked 89th in 2025). It opened in November 2024 at Palma 438, the most famous commercial street in downtown Asunción. Its founder, Luis Wong, is Paraguay's first and only Q Grader, holding international certifications from the Coffee Quality Institute and the Specialty Coffee Association. The café offers coffees from carefully selected origins, roasted in their own roastery, using preparation methods ranging from traditional espresso to V60 and pour-over. The philosophy of the place aims to educate Paraguayan consumers about specialty coffee and put Paraguay on the Latin American coffee map.
