About Tatakua
Tatakua is a restaurant serving Paraguayan cuisine that operates in Lambaré, a city in the Central Department and part of Asunción's metropolitan area.
The name Lambaré recalls the cacique who resisted the conquistadors, a resistance that gave its name to both the city and Cerro Lambaré, its best-known hill. In that sense, the cacique's story did not remain only in the city's name, but also in the highest point of its geography, which still carries his name today as a direct reminder of that past, present both on the map and in the everyday life of the people who live in the city.
