Bebidas del Paraguay (BDP) is the company born from the 2024 integration of Bebidas del Paraguay S.A., belonging to Chilean multinational CCU, and AV S.A., the exclusive PepsiCo bottler and distributor in Paraguay under Grupo AJ Vierci. The new company has a shareholder structure of 51% CCU and 49% Grupo AJ Vierci. With its main plant in San Antonio (Acceso Sur), BDP became the country's largest multi-category food and beverage business, with a portfolio of over 30 brands across 10 categories including beers, soft drinks, juices, waters, and snacks. It distributes brands such as Pepsi, 7Up, and Mirinda.
