Founded on April 30, 1946 by Juan Coronel, Otto Lolcke, Gerardo Cáceres and Carl Von Donner with the sale of spare parts for American vehicles, in 1951 it received the exclusive representation of all Mercedes-Benz products in Paraguay from Baron Arnd Von Korff, Daimler-Benz's delegate for Latin America.
