Sajonia Tap Room

Sajonia Tap Room is the official bar of Sajonia Brewing Co., Paraguay's first professional craft brewery, founded in 2011 by Jorge Biedermann in the Sajonia neighborhood of Asunción. The tap room, inaugurated in 2019, is integrated into the new factory facilities at Alejo García 2589, allowing visitors to enjoy beers directly where they are produced. Sajonia is Paraguay's largest craft brewery and has won medals in international competitions in England, Australia, Brazil, and Chile. Its catalog includes over 20 varieties and styles of beer, with a strong focus on English ales and Belgian witbiers.
