Casa Grande

Casa Grande is a low-density residential building by Consorcio JGL Casatua, located in the Las Lomas neighborhood of Asunción, on Dr. Cirilo Cáceres Zorrilla near Narciso R. Colmán, one block from Shopping del Sol. The project brings together just 13 units across 8 levels, a layout designed to favor privacy and an exclusive relationship among neighbors.

The A and B unit types repeat the same three-bedroom layout on floors 1 through 6, each with 370.25 m² total (327.2 m² covered), plus an enclosed balcony quincho, family room and private lobby of its own. Level 7 houses a single 717 m² Penthouse (657.6 m² covered), with its own intimate living room, study, cava-whisky room, sauna and jacuzzi, plus a private gym, yoga room and event hall exclusive to the unit.

Each unit includes VRV air conditioning and hermetic double-glazed windows (DVH) with high-performance aluminum frames for thermal and acoustic insulation.

Casa Grande is currently in the presale stage, with construction expected to begin in June 2026 and delivery projected for June 2029.
