Affiliate Program Terms

1. The program and its acceptance

The ViaParaguay Affiliate Program allows approved individuals and companies ("Affiliates") to refer potential clients to viaparaguay.com and earn a commission on deals closed thanks to that referral. By applying and by participating you fully accept these terms, together with the site's general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Enrollment and eligibility

Participation requires a prior application and express approval by ViaParaguay, which reserves the right to accept or reject applications at its sole discretion and without obligation to justify the decision. The affiliate account is personal and non-transferable.

3. Operation and attribution

Each Affiliate receives their own referral code and links. A visit is attributed to the Affiliate when it reaches the site through their link, with a 90-day attribution window. The attribution of inquiries and deals is determined exclusively by ViaParaguay's tracking system, whose records are the program's source of truth.

4. Commissions

Each Affiliate's economic conditions are set in their individual commission scheme, visible in their private panel within viaparaguay.com. Commissions accrue only when the referred deal closes and ViaParaguay effectively receives its income for it. Inquiries or leads that do not result in a closed deal do not generate commission.

5. Payments

Commissions are settled in US dollars (USD) through the payment method agreed individually with each Affiliate, after effective collection by ViaParaguay. The Affiliate is solely responsible for their tax obligations on the amounts received.

6. Affiliate conduct

The following are prohibited: unsolicited mass communications (spam); misleading advertising or attributing to ViaParaguay promises not published by ViaParaguay; use of the ViaParaguay brand, logo or domain without written authorization, including bidding on brand keywords in advertising platforms; self-referral and any artificial mechanism intended to generate fraudulent attributions or commissions.

7. Personal data

The processing of the Affiliate's data and that of referred persons is governed by ViaParaguay's Privacy Policy. The Affiliate undertakes to obtain the necessary consents from the people they refer when applicable.

8. Suspension and termination

ViaParaguay may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time, notifying the registered email. In case of breach of these terms or proven fraud, unpaid commissions may be withheld or cancelled. The Affiliate may leave the program at any time by notifying ViaParaguay.

9. Changes

ViaParaguay may modify these terms and commission schemes going forward, notifying changes by email or through the Affiliate panel. Continued participation after notification implies acceptance of the new terms. Changes do not affect commissions already accrued.

10. Independence

The Affiliate acts as an independent referrer. Nothing in this program creates an employment, corporate, agency or representation relationship between the Affiliate and ViaParaguay. The Affiliate is not authorized to assume obligations on behalf of ViaParaguay nor to intervene in deal negotiations.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the city of Asunción.
