About La Cabrera
La Cabrera is the successful grill chain founded by Argentine chef Gastón Riveira, with presence in Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Bolivia, Peru, the Philippines and Paraguay, among other countries. In Asunción it operates with three strategically located venues: Santa Teresa in Villa Morra, Shopping del Sol and Paseo La Galería. The concept is the same that has made the restaurant famous worldwide: high-quality cuts grilled with precision and served with the famous small saucepan garnishes that accompany each dish. The menu includes Kobe Beef, vacío, pork ribs, veal pamplona, surubí, salmon, meat empanadas, provoleta and multiple chicken options. Cuts are sourced primarily from excellent quality Paraguayan meats, adding local value to the imported concept.
